General Questions
What is DTF?
DTF, Direct to Film, is a process of printing designs on a special film and heat pressing them onto shirts. DTF is the best choice for your shirts since they don't peel like Heat Transfer Vinyl, crack like Screen Print, or fade like sublimation!
I am unsure what size to choose?
Our tees are unisex and true to size. If you'd like a more relaxed or oversized fit, we recommend going up one size.
How can I find out about upcoming promotions?
You can join our Facebook group and follow us on instagram! We post new arrivals, special sales and sneak peeks on our socials!
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Due to the nature of our print to order products, we cannot cancel orders once they have been placed.
Can I change the name I submitted for my custom order?
Sadly once the order is placed, the order cannot be changed. Please make sure all spelling and caps are correct and how you would like them to appear on your tee. Designs will be made and printed off spelling in your order.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We have local pickup available at 305 Lynn Drive Sylvan Springs, AL 35023. Orders will be ready for pickup within 1-2 weeks from time order is placed.
Returns
Can I return my items?
Sadly, we cannot accept returns due to customization of items and their made to order nature.
What if my item is damaged?
If you received a damaged item, or an item that appears to have a flaw please let us know under our contact us page! Please attach any images of the item or defect! We are so sorry and will remedy the issue immediately.
Shipping
Can I track my package online?
Yes, when you checkout, make an account with us so you can see and track current and past orders.
How long does delivery take?
We strive for a turn around time of 2 weeks for our orders once they are placed. Please note, once packages are given to USPS, we are not responsible for shipping times or delays.
